For all of the excursions made within or out of the local area, all the students will have an orientation class in advance so they get motivated to participate and not to miss the great opportunity of sightseeing the small towns, archeological areas, water parks and museums. We visit places like:

» Mexico City (Teotihuacan and The Anthropology Museum, Papalote museo del niño
"Kite children´s museum”)
» Las Estacas (a natural water park)
» Taxco (silversmith town)
» Morelos
» Xochicalco

Mexico has a rich variety of diverse cultural and social attractions for your entertainment. All of our program trips are non-obligatory. Some of them are free and some are with a nominal extra fee. The students will decide whether to participate or not. That's why upon student's arrival and after being fully accommodated with their Mexican host family, all of them will get a welcome tour trip around the most famous areas of Cuernavaca City so that they can get familiar with it and know how to go anywhere they feel like going to. We do visit occasionally some other cities & or beaches, but it all depends in the requests we get from the students, we’re always open for suggestions or opinions about sightseeing new areas or cities! For instance:

» Cancun
» Acapulco Beach
» Playa del Carmen
» Puebla (colonial town)
» Guanajuato (The Mummies' Museum and "serenatas para las señoritas")

In Mexico we count on many recreational sites for children and people of all ages. Places like:

» Zoologico Jungla Magica “Magical Jungle Zoo”
» Different water parks.
» Handcraft markets.
» Outdoor restaurants and coffee shops.
» Exciting Disco-bars where you can dance both: English and Spanish music.
» Mountains and volcanoes for hiking and/or biking
» Museums & archeological sites
